CITY BALLOTING BY MAIL

​

Our city now does election by poll 2022.

 

WHEREAS on May 11, 2020, the Browns Valley City Council had approved a resolution allowing voting to be conducted via mail-in balloting pursuant to Minnesota Statute §204B.45;

WHEREAS, the Browns Valley City Council now desires to cease conducting its elections by mail-in balloting and instead switch back to conducting voting at a designated polling place;

Approved on the 28th day of February, 2022.
